As a corporate member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), we are fully accountable to not only the client but also the candidate and we pride ourselves on our professionalism, integrity and flexibility.

We also adhere to a strict code of practice, which is continually updated with any legislative changes and updates within the recruitment sector and this information is always passed onto our clients.

For example, on 1st October 2007 new EU Legislation was introduced to increase the holiday entitlement for all temporary workers from 20 to 24 days, further enhancing their working conditions and benefits and bringing them in line with permanent staff.
