RECRUITMENT OPTIONS

We can supply temporary workers on an ad-hoc basis to cover any unforeseen demand, so if a member of your staff suddenly calls in sick, or if you require holiday or peak demand cover, Reynolds will always be on hand to help.

All of Reynolds temporary workers receive holiday pay and National Insurance / PAYE contributions are dealt with by our in-house payroll department.

Some agencies outsource this process and we have even been made aware of some cases where agencies have used self employed workers, which means that there is no guarantee that contributions are being paid to the state and some workers may be making fraudulent claims.

Our temporary - permanent placements are generally charged at an agreed hourly rate over a fixed period of time, which gives the client an opportunity to asses the capability of the worker before making any formal offer of employment.

For permanent contracts, where the client has a specific position to fill within their organisation, we will source a potential candidate with the necessary skills, qualifications and experience to carry out the job, based on the information provided.

This will involve a one off introductory fee, which generally includes all advertisement costs either through the local press or a job board on the web site.

We are, of course, happy to discuss other recruitment options and to tailor our services to your business.
