Reynolds can supply temporary workers on an ad-hoc basis to cover any unforeseen demand, so if a member of your staff suddenly calls in sick, or you require holiday / peak demand cover, we can help.
All of our temporary workers receive full holiday entitlement with employer and employee PAYE contributions which are dealt with by our in-house payroll department.
Our temporary to permanent placements are generally charged at an agreed hourly rate over a fixed period of time, giving you an opportunity to assess the capability of the worker before making any formal offer of employment.
For permanent contracts, where you have a specific position to fill, we will source a potential candidate with the necessary skills, qualifications and experience to carry out the job, based on the information provided. This will involve a one off introductory fee, which includes all administration and advertisement costs.
