Any driver transporting dangerous goods by road must possess a valid ADR driver training certificate, in accordance with 'The carriage of dangerous goods and use of transportable pressure equipment regulations of 2011'.

Upon completion of their training drivers will be able to transport dangerous goods by road throughout Europe legally and safely, as well as having:

- an understanding of the legal requirements and their own responsibilities

- knowledge of what the potential hazards are, how to reduce the chances of an incident taking place and how to deal with them and restrict their impact should they occur.

 Hazardous Goods classes 2-6 and 8&9

These courses identify the potential hazards and examines the specific characteristics of dangerous goods in 7 out of the 9 classes of hazardous goods as set out by the UN:-
 Class 2 - Gases
 Class 3 - Flammable Liquids
 Class 4 - Flammable Solids
 Class 5 - Oxidising Substances and Organic Peroxides
 Class 6 - Toxic and Infectious Substances
 Class 8 - Corrosive Substances
 Class 9 - Miscellaneous Substances
