We are seeking an experienced Administrator with some secretarial experience, this is for a local company based in Chilwell, Beeston.
You will be motivated and be able to work efficiently and with accuracy, providing high quality administration and clerical support ensuring a timely service. This post is suitable for those wanting to learn new skills and gain knowledge in a secretarial support role. Working alongside experienced financial advisers will enable you to gain the benefits of their industry knowledge, whilst expanding your own experience. Excellent word processing skills with the ability to type at a reasonable pace, audio typing experience preferred but not essential. Regular use of Microsoft excel is essential as the company routinely do mailshots, good communication skills and the ability to work both as part of a team. You will be expected to use your own initiative and discretion and have excellent organisation skills.
