Storage and Warehousing NVQ level 2

Further to the Driving Goods Vehicles NVQ, Reynolds Recruitment can also provide training and assessment to achieve National Vocational Qualifications within the industrial sector.

The Storage and Warehousing NVQ is based upon the capability of the individual to do their job. Competence is assessed through observation of practical work supported by oral questioning and project work against nationally recognised standards developed by industry.

NVQ?s differ from more traditional forms of qualification in that they are not timed served and there are no formal examinations involved. All assessments are on the job, in your workplace and coincide with your shift patterns.

With the implementation of NVQ training, it has been proven to enhance productivity and increase enthusiasm within the workplace. Demonstrating not only commitment to the employee, but also to your client.
