Class 2 Waste Management Drivers
We require Class 2 skip, trade waste and Roll On/Roll Off drivers for a temp to perm position with our client at their depots in Colwick.
Shifts are normally around 05.00-06.00 start daily Monday to Friday with no nights out
These are temp to perm positions with immediate starts offering a competitive hourly rate with daily overtime after 9 hours plus additional benefits including shift bonus, wagon and drag bonus and attractive monthly bonus (upon successfully hitting attainable targets)
Start date: ASAP
In order to apply you must possess the following:
• Full UK Licence with Cat C entitlement and a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card
• Daily Guarantee: 8 hours per day
Duties and responsibilities will include;
• Delivering in a safe manner complying with all relevant legal and company procedures
• Driving at all times in a safe and courteous manner
• Monitor and report wear and tear to vehicles
• Prevent and report damage
• Knowledge of regulations surrounding the working time directive and tachographs
• Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly
• Carry out start/end checks as per procedure
• Ensure vehicle loaded safely and correctly
• Basic level of numeracy and literacy, in order to complete work documentation
*Maximum of 3 points on licence due to insurance.
Refer another driver and we’ll pay £150 once they have completed 20 shifts.
